toast removes focus from the current window #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compose and email
2. trigger toast popups
3. your cursor will leave the email message window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cursor should not leave my current window. Current focused window should
not change.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trunk on vista

Please provide any additional information below.

 I'll try for a patch very soon.
