unexpected when using witty with new twitter account (+ fix)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create new twitter account
2. start witty and log in with new twitter account
3. go to user tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected output is User info...

dialog box pops up with message "Witty has encountered an unexpected error.
Please restart Witty"

then

"An unhandled error occurred.  See the log for details. Error: Object
reference not set to an instance of an object."

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
