What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to know how the hell to customize the styles. I found no help
anyplace on how to do this yet it says its part of the functionality.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe I just need some instructions. I want to do things like change the
font or the back color of the boxes, those types of customizations. Is
this at all possible?
