On program start: "Witty has encountered an unexpected error. Please restart Witty"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Witty.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the program to start...just like it always has.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Not sure, can't start the program to find out.  It did download a new 
version this morning (12/22/2008).  I'm running Windows XP Pro (64 bit).

Please provide any additional information below.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled with no change in behavior.  Before the 
update this morning it had been running fine on this computer for several 
months.

michael - 1.9.1 is an older version of the program. If possible, run the 
[http://keithelder.net/software/witty/witty.application ClickOnce version]. 
Otherwise, uninstall whatever you've got and grab the latest installer.

jduimovich - which version are you running?
