Enhancement - Reduce Update rate if PC is Idle #186

It would be nice if Witty automatically reduce the rate at it retrieved
updates if the PC was idol for X number of minutes.

That would help prevent people running over the API limit when they are
running the app on multiple PCs

Would be helpful indeed. If this is too difficult to implement, however, then 
what if
an 'away' option was provided that froze updates until turned off. 
DestroyTwitter
offers  this functionality.
