Option dialog to only show notifications for @replies would be nice.

Are you saying that in the main feed you'd only like to see things when people 
reply?
 What makes this interesting for you and why do you think it would be useful?

No, I'd like an option to only show popup notifications for @replies. Maybe I'm 
missing where this option already exists?

I'm using the latest unstable binary and that option definitely doesn't exist. 
I'd
like to see it added as well as the option to be notified for DMs only and DMs 
and
@replies together.
