Reply to All - replies to self #227

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on Reply to All on a tweet if your name is in a reply
2.
3.

What is the expected output? 
Should reply to everyone in the list except the logged in user.

What do you see instead?  Added everyone into the list, even the person
that is tweeting

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
