Add more options to tray icon context menu

I find the tray icon's context menu to be lacking features. I think adding 
options like "Refresh", "Update" and "Follow user" would help. I suggest 
changing the menu from this: (dashes represent separator)

Open
Exit

To this:

Open
----
Refresh
Update (will open mini-window described in Issue #??? (added after 
creation))
Follow user (will open dialog asking for the tweeter's username)
Options
----
Mute (will refresh silently, but hold all notifications in the queue for 
later)
Exit

I think the options above would help a lot, especially "Mute", "Update" and 
"Follow user".

i have to agree, although the thing than i most wish to have is the update 
option.
