Source build: In CoolBlue, the section buttons' background is transparent. #268

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the source from the SVN "trunk" directory
2. Patch up a few broken connections, such as "Dimebrain.TweetSharp"
3. Build and run the app
4. Change your skin to "CoolBlue"
5. (If the skin is partially broken (other than the transparent part), 
restart)
6. Notice the background behind the section buttons ("Recent", "Replies", 
"Messages" etc.) is transparent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Background should be gray-ish-blue. Appears as transparent instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.2.2.39826, built from SVN.
