Hi. 
I'm enjoying this cool program and interested in localization, in 
other words translation of messages. 

I surveyed source code and 
found that we need to consider about structure for thema when we 
implement localization. 

I upload my survey code.
Updating "applicationName" in "Witty\Witty\Resources 
\WittyResource.resx" and application name on main window follows 
update.
