No window size controls on window edges #301

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Witty Client
2. Move the pointer over any of the window borders.
3. No "grab" icon appears, no ability to resize window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Version 2.4.0.18444 on WinXP Pro SP3
