Witty Crash after Install and on every run

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Install Witty the first time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected witty to be working, instead error box appeared (witty does not run)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
witty 2.4.0 on Windows XP Pro SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
Are there any requirements for witty? I can't find any on the wiki page
