Witty crashes when selecting "NoStyle" on options screen. #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "NoStyle" on options screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Witty should not crash, should just sit there. Without style, I guess.
Instead Witty crashes. And @shanselman notices.

Why is NoStyle included? Maybe just remove that option?

had it there to try a base skin for making future skins. specifically a dark 
blend
like  skin.  I'll fix it.

this should be fixed with new version since nostyles.xaml is no longer part of 
the
project.
