0.1.7 Beta Crashing #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Witty

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1.  Witty should startup.

Actual
1.  Witty crahses with:
System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException was unhandled
  Message="Configuration system failed to initialize"

Notes:
-  Full stack trace attached.
-  The application seemed to be working fine yesterday.  Based on the 
stack trace I did change a few settings.  I think the only change I kept 
was changing the frequency from 5 mins to 1 min.

damn it looks like it had trouble updating your settings. was this the msi 
version or
the xcopy zip folder?

This was an copy into Program Files from the .zip folder.

I also just started having this issue, worked great for about 2 wks. Now I 
suddenly 
cant use it because it dies at startup with the same error.

This is for an old version, it was fixed in the new installers
