Is catch.threshold passed within SMFB? #19

A small note: Is catch.theshold (rho) correctly passed to catch production functions (CobbDouglasBio.effort, CobbDouglasAge.effort) within SMFB (FLBEIA/R/OM_2a_Effort_Dynamics_SMFB_LO_exem.R) (see lines 289-292)?

Looks as if the evaluated functions only use the default value (rho=1).
