IDENTIFY tasks for a community / communication manager for FLR

Given the offer from @michaelgras to take the lead on this role, I wanted to list here the tasks currently being carried out, or in need or being carried out, that the manager(s) should take on board. Let's also add other activities that we think would be useful, and prioritize then.

• Maintenance of the flr-project.org website
• Maintenance of the flr-project.org/doc tutorials website
• Plan, and sometimes carry out, extensions and improvements to the tutorials.
• Explore other communication tools and possibilities.
• Generally being proactive about spreading the FLR gospel.

Package documentation, man pages, is left out of this and we should tackle it package by package instead. Note we now do mnot add vignettes to the packages, and instead have a simple html page that directs to the relevant tutorials.

Hi all, Thanks Iago, I'm happy to take that role. To everyone, feel free to send your thoughts about the communication strategy. You can also extend the to do list if you wish, especially if you volunteer to help. Another option could be to hold an online meeting sometime end of September or in October to discuss the details of that list and the ways to tackle it. I will start to have a look at the website in the coming days and see what I can develop.
