vignette with models #10

The techdoc must be updated with a example models. In particular more advanced models including replace age, covariates, etc. Later we may split that document in several vignettes.

Take a look at the ggplotFL vignette. If you like the format I can explain to you the files to make it work from markdown

Most of these will be in the technical document. No need for a vignette at this point.
