10x CellPlex: reported number of samples should be number of multiplexed samples #796

For 10x Genomics CellPlex data the reported number of samples in the QC report is the number of "physical" samples, whereas it should be the number of multiplexed samples (e.g. from the cellranger multi configuration file).
