Updates the analysis project metadata to include a new Biological samples field, which can be used to list samples which contain biological data. If this field is populated then samples which don't appear are assumed to have non-biological data.
This information is used in the QC pipeline and verification to determine whether the mapped metrics should be applied to each sample (building on the existing mechanism used to implicitly distinguish biological and non-biological samples from the cellranger multi config files).
