Data transfer: keep checksum file separate when making ZIP archives #882

Currently when ZIP archives are created by transfer_data.py/manage_fastqs.py then the checksum file is included within the ZIP archive, but user feedback indicates that this can be counter-intuitive. Therefore the suggestion is that the checksum file be kept out of the ZIP archives.
