Update versions of QC dependencies: FastQC, FastqScreen & MultiQC #962

Updates the versions of some of the QC dependencies:

Also updates the colour palette used in the FastqScreen "microplots" to match that in the full-sized plots output by newer versions of the software.

Closes #946.
