where to find the "ha_delta1a/ha_delta1a.tre" file? #1

Hello Liam, can you provide more context about what you are looking for?

There are some older files from a previously run Chow's test at n2-diversity/tree/master/figureS4_credible_interval/8, where the delta1a.aln can be used to build a tree.
