Not all constraints are satisfied yet (though rumors say this is nigh-impossible), and the generated populations could do with being analyzed and checked a little more thoroughly in FitsModel, but it works, and I don’t want this PR to be come enormous and impossible to merge. Try something like bin/stride -c "config/run_test_popgen.xml" to see it in action.
