change rawlogger default behaviour: instead of logging only topics listet in the config (whitelisting), write all topics except for topics blacklisted in the config. #153
Motivation: if a topic is missed during configuration, it won't be written to disk. I'd like the default behaviour to rather log too much to disc than too little, hence, the logic should be reverse: all topics are written to disc, except the topics blacklisted in the config
