Freezed spinners #241

Hi, when i am playing opsu everything is good, excepting spinners. It freezes everytime and i can't event pass it. When spinner disappears everything is back to normal.

Added an option to disable some spinner sounds in 0.16.1a. you could also try using a different skin and see if that helps.
