The public-record.dao aims to become a public aggregator for blockchain data, governed by its member protocols. It's first use case is to collect results of governance votes. Collection of data should take place without the possibility of human interference. Only the dao contract can update code, design new data standards. During this hackathon i explored the use of Fluence as a decentralized computation network to further this aim. 2) joera has started work.
