feat: Airdrop claim guide for Turkish developers #28

Hi, I made a guide for Turkish developers that shows how to claim the airdrop rewards yesterday. I want to add this repository to the dev-rewards repository. What do you think @elshan-eth @akim-bow ?

Hi! I think that it would be hard to validate guide correctness and actualize guide when the current state of affairs changes, e.g. we add other method of claiming the rewards. We don't have the developers who can support and improve your documentation when needed :) Nonetheless, thanks for your contribution, i'm sure it would be beneficial if you share your guide with other Turkish devs, interested in claiming the tokens. You can find our communities by clicking on the social links, listed in dao website.
