timestamp is duplicated in influxdb output

all output by influxdb

but the http write data has duplicated timestamp

caused data point overwrite

I noticed there is a timestamp duplicated check,

is it only check on per file ? which caused duplicated timestamp between files

It is better to be a global timestamp duplicated check !
