Add "smtp" output plugin, please #4582

I'd be a really good addition to output's possibilities of Fluentbit the ability to send emails when an input is detected. This could be implemented by just embedding a mail client that could be configured by admin to communicate with an choosen external smtp server (like a sefl-hosted Postfix or similar or third-party, like Gmail, etc). Thanks!
