@benjaminhuo could you also trigger a build so there's a new 3.1.8 watcher image published? AFAICT this is a manually triggered build: https://github.com/fluent/fluent-operator/blob/master/.github/workflows/build-fb-image.yaml#L4

@benjaminhuo @reegnz I'm building the v3.1.8 images now.
