Currently, td-agent is signed with Treasure Agent Official Signing key,
The upcoming fluent-package should be signed with new signing key
because the development process is gradually changed to more community-based (Not Treasure Data, Inc)
Solution
Make a new and bundle it to fluentd-apt-source.
To make a migration seemlessly, bundle old signing key too.
