Exceptions for updated:

• fluent-plugin-elasticsearch: 5.3.0 -> 5.4.0
  • This fixes some bugs, and does not add a new feature.
• cool.io: 1.7.1 -> 1.8.0
  • This fixes some bugs, and does not add a new feature.
• oj: 3.15.0 -> 3.16.1
  • This fixes some bugs.
• aync-http: 0.60.2 -> 0.61.0
  • This fixes some bugs.

Exceptions for NOT updated:

• mini_portile2: 2.8.2 -> 2.8.5
  • There are no bug fixes.

Others:

AWS gems are usually updated to the latest every release, but it is not updated this time to limit the impact.
