in_monitor_agent: Update the example configuration

This improves the explanation of the plugin configuration:

• Explain clearly 1) that it is recommended to set the @id option on each plugin and 2) what happens if you don't do it
• Fix a small error in the example (@id in_forward is appropriate in this context, not @id out_forward)
• Use a better section title.
