Adding required assigments for FLUENT_UID=0 #1328

forwarder.containerSecurityContext.privileged=true and forwarder.containerSecurityContext.allowPrivilegeEscalation=true is requiring when FLUENT_UID=0 forwarders added to extraEnv.

I think, this have to be mentioned in README
