add support for elasticsearch ingest pipeline #1437

currently there is no way to input a pipeline_id for an elasticsearch ingest. in the elasticsearch plugin there is an option for that: https://github.com/uken/fluent-plugin-elasticsearch#pipeline but in the daemonset there is no way to enter that id via ENV. only option would be to map the complete fluentd.conf file via configmap and overwrite the existing file.

would be really nice to have that option out-of-the-box in the images already
