Few pod logs are rejected by elasticsearch #1443

Hi Team,

In kubernetes, We upgraded the elasticsearch from 7.16 to 8.6 and is working fine.

When we try to upgrade the fluentd from 1.15 (fluent/fluentd-kubernetes-daemonset:v1.15.3-debian-elasticsearch7-1.1) to 1.16 (fluent/fluentd-kubernetes-daemonset:v1.16-debian-elasticsearch8-1), few pod logs are rejected by elasticsearch.

Error: object mapping for [kubernetes.labels.app] tried to parse field [app] as object, but found a concrete value'

We are using the same fluentd conf in both version. No change.
