The current released docs from the feature branch at least has valid links from the API TOC:
Still a lot of warnings from the DocFX build step about invalid references etc, but the result now seems to be fine anyway. Maybe someone who knows the changes between versions from 2.X and up could that the docs express the differences in a meaningful way.
