There are a number of tests that are throwing StackOverflow errors when running on Travis

Fixed with https://github.com/o2platform/FluentSharp/commit/f3af988597fc96c8aab9a40c47f2c1bffb39aef0#diff-a555392ba33011d085f5b11a3cc4d8b7R471

None of the errors have the SO prob
