Problem starting Util - MethodStreams Creator.h2 #6

As reported by Stefano as Issue 10 in the old O2 Issue tracking issue

The fix is here https://github.com/o2platform/O2.Platform.Scripts/commit/9b01f38e432ec4f3fb1684314c04c987a819d516

Until this is applied to the next release, you can run the script by pasting the contents of Util - MethodStreams Creator.h2 in an O2 C# REPL

You can also run this script from this stand-alone exe: Util - MethodStreams Creator v1.1.exe

UPDATE: you can't since Dropbox has disabled my public folder and does not provide info on what happen (and which files created the prob). Email me if you want this file (until I find a better location to host it)
