"Permalink" link doesn't open in new tab #7

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click normally on the "permalink" link for any given RSS item

Expected results:

Link opens in new tab

Actual result:

Link opens in current tab

This is particularly a problem when using it on an iPad, where opening in a new tab isn't an obvious/simple action.
