Livestock Job Doesn't Update Guest Animals From Royalty Quest
I have quest of type: "NPC, TITLE, wants you to take care of X thrumbos at COLONY for Y days. The thrumbos are sick with blood rot and will require daily treatment..."
And I still wanted Colony Manager to update their allowed areas, and it isn't updating these thrumbos.
The job's summary in the "Current" tab shows:
Thrumbo
0/x, 0/x, 0/x, 0/x, 0
and when the job runs, it doesn't restrict them.
If I use devmode to spawn in a random thrumbo and tame it, then the counts update, and it properly updates its restricted areas accordingly.
I know there's some CAVEATS here, like these guest/quest animals should not be counted towards target populations, and shouldn't be slaughtered, etc., but I would expect Manager to still be able to update their allowed areas.
