Moving the Store implementation from SQLite to mentat.

Involves:

Replacing SQLite with Mentat in Store crate
Add some helper traits to make dealing with Mentat Result and Query types easier.
Moving ListManager over to using Datalog instead of SQL
Updating tests
Moving from returning options from functions in ListManager to properly returning Result types and dealing with Mentat errors.
