Has-floating-label doesn't work in edge #46

Describe the bug

Microsoft Edge 44.18362 does not support ":placeholder-shown" Pseudo-elements. leaving this open to for further discussion and will close this when edge 76 starts rolling out as it does support it.

To Reproduce

Type text into has-floating-label input

Expected behavior

The label tag should move above over input text
