refactor: Update dependencies #12

Updates dependencies including upgrading to the latest Infusion dev release from the FLUID-6145 line.

Resolves: #11

BREAKING CHANGE: The latests changes from Infusion include some breaking changes such as the immutability of options (See: FLUID-6145) and refactoring of the preferences framework (See: FLUID-6420 and FLUID-6421)
