Fix broken Chrome Web Store badge in README #30

Describe the bug

The URL to the Chrome Web Store badge is no longer working. See: Branding Guidelines

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the README. At the bottom of the first section you can see that the image is broken.

Expected behavior

The Chrome Web Store badge should be displayed properly and link to the UIO+ Chrome Web Store Page.
