Build shell script uses unqualified cp #353

The Build shell script for the All target uses the cp command unqualified, 
which causes problems if 
the user has GNU cp installed (as GNU cp does not understand the -X switch). 
The shell script 
should always qualify cp as /bin/cp

Script now sets PATH explicitly.
