Need to be able to specify non-std port in sshfs gui #356

Currently the sshfs 1.0 gui popup asks for server name, username and remote
port directory. I would like to be able to specify port number as well (as
I am using a non-standard port for SSH access).

sshfs gui == demo wrapper program (unsupported; but open source so others can 
do whatever they please with 
it)
