postflight script error #387

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening MacFUSE.pkg
2. follow the steps
3. the problem occurs during Installation process

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see installation complete, instead i see Install Failed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7 on 10.5.5.

Please provide any additional information below.
I get the following error. Install Failed. The following install step
failed: run postflight script for MacFuse Core. Contact the software
manufacturer for assistance.
