The Raspberry Pi cannot detect the printer powering on. You will need to remove the Pi's power and plug it back in for it to boot up again (this is a Raspberry Pi limitation).
Were you able to solve your issue?
I'm afraid to shut down Raspberry PI right now
I disable the raspberry PI on the website, and then I disable the printer. Raspberry PI's system won't boot when the printer starts up again
