This is an aggregation of several improvements which include:
Update the pub-data encoding scheme, involve both order ID (32bit) and order pos for achieving a completely availability of data
Update global_state_test scripts so it can replay full records of op messages (like the data.txt in rollup manager) and make thoroughly tests
Templatize more codes for block.circom, and re-induce the test case for spot trade
